Spring has sprung and we are celebrating at the Cal Poly Creamery with a Special Spring box perfect for family gatherings. This box features our fresh cheeses, Triple Peak and Fromage Blanc, as well as Cal Poly Jam and chocolates. Our decadent Triple Peak brie style cheese and rich Fromage Blanc are wonderful with brunch or charcuterie. The sold-out strawberry jam, made using Cal Poly Strawberry Center strawberries, has an amazing punch of fresh strawberry aroma when you open the jar! Strawberry milk chocolate and raspberry dark chocolate bars, made with real freeze dried berries, pair perfectly with the cheeses and jam. Completing the box is our engraved stainless steel cheese knife, available exclusively in this box. This limited-edition box is sure to sell out fast. Our cheese is perishable and should be unboxed and refrigerated immediately upon arrival. It is packed in an insulated sleeve with an ice pack and we use expedited delivery to ensure the freshest possible product. The ice pack may have thawed in transit and that is normal, but the cheese should still be cool and will maintain its quality. Under proper refrigeration our cheese will last approximately 45 days. Our Triple Peak and Fromage Blanc are the exception and will remain fresh for 2-3 weeks as per best-by date. It is typical for a Bloomy Rind cheese to have an edible fluffy white rind that continues to expand - just lightly pat it down before enjoying.
