The President's Special box is the perfect gift for every Cal Poly supporter! It features our award-winning Goudas and popular cheddar varieties: smooth Highland Cheddar is a classic and medium spicy Chipotle Cheddar will wake up your taste buds! Also includes our most requested Triple Peak, a decadent triple cream, bloomy-rind cheese. It is a Brie-style with a delicious, earthy edible rind. At room tempereature it has a firm core with a rich cream line that softens with age. Store in its original wrapping paper as it allows your cheese to breathe.
Packed in our signature Cal Poly box for your gift-giving convenience (please note that our cheeses are hand-cut and all weights are approximate):

Our cheese is perishable and should be unboxed and refrigerated immediately upon arrival. It is packed in an insulated sleeve with an ice pack and we use expedited delivery to ensure the freshest possible product. The ice pack may have thawed in transit and that is normal, but the cheese should still be cool and will maintain its quality. Under proper refrigeration our cheese will last approximately 45 days. Our Triple Peak and Fromage Blanc are the exception and will remain fresh for 2-3 weeks as per best-by date. It is typical for a Bloomy Rind cheese to have an edible fluffy white rind that continues to expand - just lightly pat it down before enjoying.
