Our boxes ship via UPS 2-day Air.
The real-time quotes directly from UPS are based on your destination and weight.
Even local shipments and within CA require UPS 2-day service to ensure timely delivery.
Please note:
Cheese box orders typically ship within a week of receipt but schedules may vary, especially during academic breaks. We only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays. If you have specific shipping needs please use the Contact Us link or email us at creamery@calpoly.edu for assistance.
The Creamery is located in the Eugene & Rachel Boone Dairy Science Complex on

* Our cheese is perishable and should be unboxed and refrigerated immediately upon arrival. It is packed in an insulated sleeve with an ice pack and we use expedited delivery to ensure the freshest possible product. The ice pack may thaw in transit, but the cheese should still be cool and will maintain its quality. We recommend unboxing and refrigerating cheeses after transit for several hours before opening vaccum seal and serving.
