The Mustang Favorite box features our most requested varieties! Fromage Blanc, a fresh farmstead cheese in soft crumbles, is great in recipes and as a spread. Triple Peak is a decadent triple cream, bloomy-rind cheese. It is a Brie-style with a delicious, earthy edible rind. At room tepereature it has a firm core with a rich cream line that softens with age. Store in its original wrapping paper as it allows your cheese to breathe. To compliment these amazing cheeses we are also including the popular Olallieberry jam made right here at Cal Poly as well as an engraved cutting board and cheese knife.

Our cheese is perishable and should be unboxed and refrigerated immediately upon arrival. It is packed in an insulated sleeve with an ice pack and we use expedited delivery to ensure the freshest possible product. The ice pack may have thawed in transit and that is normal, but the cheese should still be cool and will maintain its quality. Under proper refrigeration our cheese will last approximately 45 days. Our Triple Peak and Fromage Blanc are the exception and will remain fresh for 2-3 weeks as per best-by date. It is typical for a Bloomy Rind cheese to have an edible fluffy white rind that continues to expand - just lightly pat it down before enjoying.
