Product Overview

We start with our Highland Cheddar and gently smoke it over natural hickory chips for several hours. This smooth, rich, medium-sharp cheddar adds bold flavors to soups, burgers, quesadillas, and casseroles.

All of our cheeses are handmade by Cal Poly students in the university Creamery.
