The Signature box has something for everyone. Our award winning Gouda, fan-favorite fresh brie style Triple Peak, smooth Highland Cheddar, savory Chipotle Cheddar and spicy Chipotle Jack are sure to please and satisfy every taste. A wonderful variety for the ultimate cheese board!
Packed in our signature Cal Poly box for your gift-giving convenience are 8oz wedges of farmstead Chipotle Cheddar, Highland Cheddar, and Chipotle Jack, plus a 12oz wedge of Gouda and one Triple Peak 7 oz. wheel (please note that our cheeses are hand-cut and all weights are approximate):

Our cheese is perishable and should be unboxed and refrigerated immediately upon arrival. It is packed in an insulated sleeve with an ice pack and we use expedited delivery to ensure the freshest possible product. The ice pack may have thawed in transit and that is normal, but the cheese should still be cool and will maintain its quality. Under proper refrigeration our cheese will last approximately 45 days. Our Triple Peak is the exception and will remain fresh for 2-3 weeks as per best-by date. It is typical for a Bloomy Rind cheese to have an edible fluffy white rind that continues to expand - just lightly pat it down before enjoying.
