The President's Special box is the perfect gift for any Cal Poly supporter! It features our award-winning Grand Gouda and popular cheddar varieties: smooth Highland Cheddar is a classic and medium spicy Chipotle Cheddar will wake up your taste buds! Also includes and creamy, savory Chipotle Jack and the seasonal Madonna Alpine Style wedge - a fan favorite!
Packed in our signature Cal Poly box for your gift-giving convenience are four 8oz wedges of farmstead cheese, plus one 12oz wedge of Gouda (please note that our cheeses are hand-cut and all weights are approximate):

Our cheese is perishable and should be unboxed and refrigerated immediately upon arrival. It is packed in an insulated sleeve with an ice pack and we use expedited delivery to ensure the freshest possible product. The ice pack may have thawed in transit and that is normal, but the cheese should still be cool and will maintain its quality. Under proper refrigeration our cheese will last approximately 45 days.
