Our delicious Gouda has won awards for its decadent texture and complex flavors. We set out to modernize this classic by taking a step back in time. The recipe reflects the cheese's Old World origins, but we introduce special cultures that add sweet caramel notes to the flavor profile. Each wheel is handcrafted, coated with a traditional yellow rind, and aged on wooden boards. Aged up to one year.
