Four approximately 12-ounce packages of Cal Poly Farmstead Cheese:
Grand Gouda - our updated Gouda produced the old fashioned way and aged on wooden boards. A table cheese that pairs well with pears and apples.
- Monterey Jack - an American classic developed right here in Central California by Franciscan friars during the late 1800's.
Chipotle Cheddar - the smoky taste of the peppers is the perfect complement to this rich medium-sharp cheddar.
Mustang Cheddar - aa smooth, rich, medium-sharp orange cheddar. Adds bold flavors to soups, burgers, quesadillas, and casseroles.
All of our cheeses are handmade by Cal Poly students in the university Creamery.
