Bella Montana Sweet Cheddar - a complex cheese loaded with flavor, and likely different from anything you've tasted before.
- Grand Gouda - our updated Gouda produced the old fashioned way and aged on wooden boards. A table cheese that pairs well with pears and apples.
- Smoked Gouda - our Grand Gouda aged for several months on wooden boards and then smoked over hickory chips. A classic holiday favorite!
Monterey Jack - an classic American developed right here in Central California by Franciscan friars during the late 1800's.
- Chipotle Cheddar - the smoky taste of the peppers is the perfect complement to this rich medium-sharp cheddar.
All of our cheeses are handmade by Cal Poly students in the university Creamery.
