Ten approximately 12-ounce packages of Cal Poly Farmstead cheese:
- Bella Montaña Sweet Cheddar - a complex cheese loaded with flavor, and likely different from anything you've tasted before.
- Grand Gouda - our updated Gouda produced the old fashioned way and aged on wooden boards. A table cheese that pairs well with pears and apples.
Smoked Gouda - our Grand Gouda aged for several months on wooden boards and then smoked over hickory chips. A classic holiday favorite!
- Smoked White Cheddar - a medium-sharp cheddar with a delicate balance of sweet, nutty, and smoky notes.
- Mustang Cheddar - a smooth, rich, medium-sharp orange cheddar. Adds bold flavors to soups, burgers, quesadillas, and casseroles.
- White Cheddar - medium-sharp cheddar with subtle sweet and nutty notes. Great on a cheese plate or melted over a burger.
- Monterey Jack - an American classic developed right here in Central California by Franciscan friars during the late 1800's.
- Smoked Mustang Cheddar - our smooth, rich, medium-sharp orange cheddar smoked over hickory chips.
- Chipotle Cheddar - the smoky taste of the peppers is the perfect complement to this rich medium-sharp cheddar.
- Chipotle Jack - Spicy smoked jalapenos in a smooth, creamy Monterey Jack cheese.
All of our cheeses are handmade by Cal Poly students in the university Creamery.
